众包视角下的跨境电商信用监管数据采集方法研究

摘　　要：跨境电子商务已成为我国电子商务发展的新动力,然而信用问题成为阻碍其健康发展的主要制约因素之一,采集科学合理的跨境电子商务信用监管数据是解决信用问题的重要基石。众包思想能够通过跨境电商交易过程中各模块之间的协作,快速收集高可信度的信用评估数据,为构建面向跨境电子商务的信用监管体系提供大数据支持。为此,本文在分析现有跨境电子商务信用监管的缺陷基础上,结合众包方法的特点和基本流程,提出了一种众包视角下的跨境电子商务信用监管数据采集方法,以促进跨境电子商务信用监管体系的健全和发展。Cross-border e-commerce has become a new growth point for e-commerce transactions in China. However, credit evaluation has become one of the major constraints to its healthy development. Establishing a scientific and rational cross-border e-commerce credit supervision model is the key to solving credit problems. The idea of crowdsourcing can quickly collect high-reliability credit assessment data through collaboration among consumers and provide big data support for building a cross-border e-commerce credit evaluation system. Therefore, based on the analysis of the existing defects in cross-border e-commerce credit supervision, combined with the characteristics and basic processes of crowdsourcing method, this paper proposes a data collection method of cross-border e-commerce credit supervision from the perspective of crowdsourcing according to the characteristics and basic processes of crowdsourcing, so as to promote the improvement and development of the credit supervision system of cross-border e-commerce.
