Study on Seed Stratification Technology of Idesia polycarpa

摘  要:以去除蜡质层处理后的本地野生类型、人工栽培黄果类型、嫁接红果类型、人工栽培红果类型4类山桐子(Idesia polycarpa Maxim.)种子为材料,比较了不同层积时间对山桐子种子发芽的影响,以期获得最适宜山桐子种子发芽的层积时间和层积效果最好的类型。结果表明,从不同的层积处理时间对种子发芽率的影响方面比较,在60~90 d的层积时间内,4个类型的山桐子种子发芽率都随着层积时间的延长而提高;从相同层积时间对不同类型发芽率的影响方面比较,本地野生类型的发芽率最高,发芽率从低到高依次为嫁接红果类型、人工栽培红果类型、人工栽培黄果类型、本地野生类型。4 types of Idesia polycarpa Maxim seeds, the local wild type, the artificially cultivated yellow fruit type, the grafted red fruit type, and the artificially cultivated red fruit type, after removing the wax layer, were used as materials to compare the different layering time on generation in order to obtain the best stratification time and type. The result showed that, comparing the effects of different stratification treatment time on seed germination rate, the germination rate of four types of yam seeds increased with the stratification time in the stratification time of 60 to 90 d. Compared with the effects of accumulation time on different types of germination rate, the local wild type had the highest germination rate; and the germination rate from low to high was grafted red fruit type, artificial cultivation red fruit type, artificial cultivation yellow fruit type, and local wild type.
