摘  要:试验在重庆市进行,土壤为黄壤土。采用4因素5水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计,研究了当前生产上有代表性的青蒿(Artemisia annua L.)品种渝青1号的种植密度、氮肥、磷肥和钾肥对青蒿种子产量的影响,并通过模拟寻优,确定最优化措施方案。结果表明,4因子与种子产量均存在显著的回归关系,对产量的影响效应由大到小为种植密度、氮肥、磷肥、钾肥。种植密度20 000株/hm2、施尿素250 kg/hm2、施过磷酸钙750 kg/hm2、施氯化钾75 kg/hm2为最佳栽培方案,最高种子产量可达743 kg/hm2。Experiment was done in yellow soil of Chongqing city. Quadratic regression universal rotary combination design experiment of four factors and five levels was used to study the effects of different density N,P,K fertilizer on seed yield of current representative Artemisia annua varieties Yuqing No.1. Optimum formula was found by simulated equation and optimality selection. The results showed that,planting density biomass and dose of N,P,K all had a significant regression relationship with seed yield. The effect was density, N, P, K in descending order. The best design was that density at 20000 plant/hm2,N fertilizer of 250 kg/hm2, P fertilizer of 750 kg/hm2, K fertilizer of 75 kg/hm2, it could attain a maximum seed yield of 743 kg/hm2.
