妊娠期胆囊结石形成及胆囊切除与血脂水平的关系

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期胆囊结石形成及胆囊切除与血脂水平的关系。方法选择妊娠期胆囊结石的孕妇126例作为观察组及健康孕妇200例作为对照组。比较两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平,分析妊娠期胆囊结石形成与TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的相关性;比较12例行胆囊切除术的妊娠期胆囊结石孕妇手术前后的血脂相关成分水平。结果观察组TC、TG水平高于对照组,而HDL-C水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。妊娠期胆囊结石形成与TC、TG水平呈正相关(均P<0.05),而与HDL-C水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。胆囊切除后1个月,患者TC、TG水平较前降低,HDL-C较前升高(均P<0.05)。结论妊娠期胆囊结石形成与血脂相关成分关系密切,胆囊切除或可有助于妊娠期胆囊结石形成女性血脂水平趋于正常化。Objective To analyze the relation of blood lipid level with cholecystolithiasis during pregnancy and cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 126 pregnant women with cholecystolithiasis dining pregnancy were enrolled as observation group,200 healthy pregnant women as control group. The levels of TC ,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were compared between the two groups. The correlation of eholeeystolithiasis during pregnancy with TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C was analyzed. In the 12 pregnant women with eholeeystolithiasis during pregnancy who underwent eholeeysteetomy, the levels of blood lipid-related components before and after operation were compared. Results The TC and TG levels were higher,and the HDL-C level was lower in the observation group compared to the controls（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of eholeeystolithiasis during pregnancy positively correlated with the levels of TC and TG, but negatively correlated with the level of HDL-C （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. After one month of eholeeysteetomy, the TC and TG levels decreased and the HDL-C level increased compared to the previous levels（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion Choleeystolithiasis during pregnancy is closely related to blood lipid-related components. Choleeysteetomy might contribute to normalization of blood lipid level in the women with eholeeystolithiasis during pregnancy.
