摘  要:甲醇精馏是高能耗工艺,对预精馏塔和加压精馏塔再沸器蒸汽冷凝液进行回收,利用其低位热能预热精馏塔的进料,可降低蒸汽消耗。运用PROⅡ进行流程模拟,同时使用HTRI进行换热器计算,从3个方案的对比可以看出,蒸汽冷凝液的再利用方案是一个可靠且效果显著的节能流程,可以给企业带来可观的经济效益。Methanol distillation is a high energy consumption process. Recycling the steam condensate of reboiler of pre-rectifying column and pressurized rectifying column, utilizing its waste heat to preheat the feed of refining column respectively, it can reduce the steam consumption and achieve the goal of energy saving. Appling the software PRO 1I to process simulation and HTRI to heat exchanger calculation, it can be found through comparison of three different schemes, that recycling process of the steam condensate is a reliable and high efficient energy-saving process, and it also can bring enormous economic benefits to client of methanol plant.
