摘　　要：针对低温甲醇洗预洗再生系统运行过程中出现的萃取器设计缺陷、萃取器压力设计不合理、石脑油带水及石脑油臭味大等问题,进行技术改造和优化操作,装置运行负荷逐渐提高,石脑油臭味问题得到改善,预洗再生系统各项指标均达到或优于设计值。A technical reformation and operation optimization were performed in a rectisol plant aiming at the design defects and improper design pressure of the extractor, naphtha with water, and terrible odor from naphtha during operation of prewashing and regeneration. The load of the plant increased gradually, terrible odor of naphtha was improved, and the performance index reached or ever became better than the designed values.
