摘　　要：介绍合成塔出口气冷却器漏氨情况及危害,通过采取一系列的综合措施和监控,将循环水系统的水质控制在可接受的范围内,循环水系统的腐蚀、结垢和微生物都处于可控状态,保证了化肥生产装置连续稳定运行。Abstract ： Ammonia leakage from outlet cooler of synthetic tower and its harm were of comprehensive measures and monitoring control were taken to control the water quality system to the acceptable range, and bring the corrosion, scaling and microorganism to a conlrollahle state,therefor to guarantee the fertilizer plant a continuous and stable operation.
