运动对老年人抑郁的影响研究——心理弹性的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探索在老年人中心理弹性对运动与抑郁关系的中介作用。方法:对湖南省八个社区的650个老年人进行问卷调查。使用的工具有:体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)、流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)和心理弹性问卷(CDRISC)。对中介效应的检验采用Bootstrap法。结果:PARS-3得分、CES-D得分、CD-RISC总分以及四个维度得分之间均呈显著两两相关(r=-0. 393～0. 891,P均<0. 05)。Bootstrap法对中介效应的检验结果显示,运动量对抑郁水平的直接效应为-0. 3402,95%CI [-0. 4640,-0. 2164],以心理弹性中的寻求帮助、能力和坚韧性三维度为中介的间接效应分别为-0. 0320,-0. 0662,-0. 0186,95%CI均不包含0。心理弹性的控制维度的中介效应不显著。结论:老年人的心理弹性在运动量和抑郁水平间起部分中介作用。Objective ： To investigate the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between exercise and levels of depression in elderly. Methods： Totally 650 elders from 8 communities in Hunan Province took part in this study. The participants were assessed with the PARS - 3, Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale and Connor - Davidson Resilience Scale. The mediating role of resilience on the relationship between exercise and depression was evaluated by bootstrap method. Results ： There were significant correlations among the scores of PARS - 3, CES - D, CD - RISC total and its subscales （ r = - 0. 393 - 0. 891, Ps 〈 0.05）. The exercise could directly predict the levels of depression （β = -0. 3402, 95% CI： -0. 4640, -0.2164）. The indirect effects of three subscales of resilience were significant： seeking for help （ β = -0. 0320）, capacity （ β = - 0.0662） and tenacity （β = - 0.0186） ; and all the 95 % CIs did not contain 0. The mediating effect of the dimension of control was not shown. Conclusion ： The resilience could mediate the relationship between exercise and depression in elderly.
