综合康复护理措施改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究综合康复护理措施改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的效果。方法选取我院2015年8月—2017年8月收治的68例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各34例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施综合康复护理。对比2组患者的临床效果、肺功能指标以及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率为94.2%,护理总满意度为94.2%,显著高于对照组;另外,观察组患者肺功能各项指标显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施综合康复护理措施,有助于提高患者肺功能与临床治疗效果,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive measures to improve the effect of rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease pulmonary function. Methods In our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 treated 68 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the clinical data,were randomly divided into two groups. There were 34 patients in the observation group and 34 patients in the control group. The patients in the two groups were treated with routine nursing. On the basis of ibis, comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was carried out in the observation group. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients, the pulmonary function index and the satisfa ction of the patients to nursing were compared and analyzed. Results The observation group total efficiency of 32 cases （94.2%）, clinical nursing satisfaction rate of 32 cases （94.2%）, significantly higher than the control group. In addition, the indicators were observed in patients with lung function was significantly better than the control group, and P〈0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion For elderly patients with chronic obstruction Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with occlusive pulmonary disease can help to improve the lung function and clinical treatment effect of patients.
