加减辛苍散鼻炎喷剂的制备及药效学研究

摘　　要：目的制备加减辛苍散鼻炎喷剂,考察其治疗效果。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏等方法提取中药有效成分并制成鼻喷剂,同时选取雄性荷兰种豚鼠,随机分为5组,分别通过喷鼻给药治疗,观察其行为并测定各组豚鼠血清中免疫球蛋白(IgE)浓度。结果制成的鼻喷剂呈浅黄色,具有良好的稳定性;药效学结果表明本喷剂对鼻炎豚鼠模型的各种鼻炎症状和体征均有明显改善作用,还可显著降低豚鼠血清中免疫球蛋白的含量。结论所制备的加减辛苍散鼻炎喷剂能够有效缓解过敏性鼻炎。Objective To prepare Xincang Powder Spray and investigate its therapeutic effect. Methods Active ingredients were extracted from traditional Chinese medicine by steam distillation and then used for preparation of nasal spray.At the same time,the behavior and serum IgE concentration of guinea pigs were observed by nasal administration. Results The results of pharmacodynamics showed that the spray could obviously improve the rhinitis symptoms of in guinea pig rhinitis model and the serum IgE content of guinea pigs was also significantly decreased. Conclusion The results suggested that Xincang Powder Spray can effectively relieve allergic rhinitis.
