摘　　要：对中国科技组织加入国际民间科技组织的调查结果表明:全国学会加入国际民间科技组织数量逐渐增加,但是学术影响力亟待提高;全国学会在已加入的核心或重要国际民间科技组织中的影响力增强;全国学会科研后备人才充足,具有竞选优势;国家政策支撑侧重于鼓励,较少有实质性支撑。调查表明:科技组织的知名度和影响力不够;专职人才短缺;面临资金困难;存在体制机制约束。The results of the survey on China＇s scientific and technological organization joining the international civil science and tech-nology organization show that the number of China＇s scientific and technological organizations joining the international civil science and technology organizations has been gradually increasing, but their academic influences need to be improved urgently. The influences of China＇s scientific and technological organizations in the core or important international civil science and technology organizations have been enhanced. Reserve talents for scientific research are sufficient; Polies are more focused on encouragement. The survey shows that： the visibility and influence of science and technology organizations are not enough; there is shortage of full-time professionals; financial difficulties and institutional and mechanism constraints are still existing.
