ICP-OES法测定橡胶复合催化剂中钕、铝含量

摘　　要：采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES法),通过酸化、萃取等方法制备样品,选择合适谱线和仪器工作条件,对橡胶复合催化剂中钕、铝含量进行测定。钕元素:小试样品回收率94~99%,相对标准偏差为3~4.5%,加标回收率为94~107%。铝元素:小试样品回收率109~110%,相对标准偏差为0.6~1.5%,加标回收率为97~103%。说明方法准确可靠,重复性高,适用于复合催化剂中钕、铝含量的测定。The samples were acidized and extracted and the working conditions were optimized. Determined results as following.Nd： the recovery rate of laboratory scale test sample was 94%-99%, RSD was 3% 4.5%, the spiked recovery was 94%-107%. A1. the recovery rate of laboratory scale test sample was 109% 110%, RSD was 0.6%-1.5%, the spiked recovery was 97%- 103%. This method is accurate, reliable and of high repeatability.
