摘 要:硼氢化钾浓度和盐酸浓度对原子荧光法测汞产生重要影响,分别从化学反应原理和数理统计角度对此进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,校准曲线的灵敏度随着硼氢化钾浓度升高而下降;当硼氢化钾浓度为0.5g/L时,曲线标准偏差和离散系数分别为8.4%和0.007,表明曲线的灵敏度和稳定性较高;当盐酸浓度为5%时,空白荧光值最低。在该优化实验条件下测量0.25μg/L和0.50μg/L标准样品,标准偏差分别为1.1%和0.7%,精密度和准确度较高。In terms of perspective of chemical reaction and mathematical statistics, the concentration in- fluences of potassium borohydride and hydrochloric acid on determination were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative analysis method. The results showed that when the concentration of potassium borohydride was 0.5 g/L,the standard deviation and dispersion coefficient was 8.4% and 0. 007, respectively, the measurement sensitivity and reliability were higher. When the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 5%,the blank value was the lowest. Under the optimized experimental condition, when 0.25μg/L and 0.50 μg/L standard samples were measured, the standard deviation was 1.1 % and 0. 7%, respectively, and the precision and accuracy were higher.
