摘  要:对顶空-气相色谱法测定汽车内饰材料中挥发性有机物总量(VOC)的不确定度进行评估。依据JJF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和JJF 1135—2005《化学分析测量不确定度评定》相关规定,建立数学模型,分析不确定度的来源,对不确定度分量进行量化和合成,计算扩展不确定度。结果表明,汽车内饰材料中VOC总量为15μg C/g时,其扩展不确定度为1μg C/g(k=2)。According to the relevant regulations in Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JF 1059.1-2012) and Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis Measurement (JF 1135-2005) ,the mathematical model was established, the sources of uncertainty were analyzed, each component of uncertainty was quantified and combined. Experimental results showed that when the total volatile organic compound in auto interior material was 15μg C/g , the relative expanded uncertainty of measurement result was 1μg C/g(k= 2).
