摘　　要：文章对中国铜棒行业产品分类及用途、铜棒的产能产量、重点生产区域分布、铜棒细分品种发展、铜棒分品种进出口进行了分析,同时对铜棒行业发展的主要问题和建议进行了简述。中国铜棒产量从2006年的62. 9万t猛增到2017年的238. 8万t,年均复合增长率达到12. 9%。超过85%的铜棒材产量是集中在浙江、江西、江苏、安徽、广东这5个省份,其中浙江产量最大,占据约31%的比例。近10年来中国铜棒产能利用率均在80%以上,表明行业发展较为平稳,产能过剩风险较低。进出口方面,铜棒及型材一直以来呈现出净进口的局面,2012-2017年进口量在6. 0万t/a～7. 4万t/a,出口0. 74万t/a～0. 91万t/a,进出口差量巨大,其中2017年进口6. 2万t,出口0. 9万t,2018年第一季度进口1. 28万t,出口1851t。铜棒产业发展的主要问题在于,产业集中度低;高尖端产品基本依赖进口,产品质量不稳定,可靠性较差;行业存在恶性竞争;环保压力大。对铜棒行业提出建议,加强行业自律和信息沟通,形成产业联盟;企业应加强高品质产品的研发;淘汰或者优化落后产能,提高劳动生产率,开辟新消费市场。This paper presents the classification and application of the Chinese copper rod industry, the output of copper rod, the distribution of key producing areas, the development of copper rod subdivision, the import and export of copper rod, and the main problems and suggestions for the development of the copper bar industry. The main conclusions are as follows： the output of China s copper rod is increased from 629 thousand tons in 2006 to 2 million and 388 thousand tons in 2017, with an average annual compound growth rate of 12.9%. 87% of copper bar output is concentrated in 5 provinces, including Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Anhui and Guangdong, and Zhejiang accounted for 31% of the total. Chinese copper rod capacity utilization rates were above 80% in recent 10 years, indicating that the industry development is relatively stable with a low risk of overcapacity. In terms of import and export, copper bars and profiles have always shown a situation of net imports. The annual import weight is 60-74 thousand tons in 2012-2017, and export is 7.4-9.1 thousand tons, the trade deficit is huge. China s import is 62 thousand tons and export is 9 thousand tons in 2017. In the first quarter of 2018, China s import is 12 thousand and 800 tons and exported 1851 tons of copper bars. The main problems of the development of the copper bar industry are： the concentration rate of copper bar industry is low; high level of products depends on the import product; the product quality is unstable, and reliability is poor; The business model needs to be improved, a serious phenomenon of cut-throat competition exists between companies and the environmental pressure is high. Suggestions are made for the copper bar industry： the industry self-discipline and information communication should be strengthened; The power of industry discourse should be improved; The enterprises should strengthen the research and development of high quality products, eliminate or optimize backward production capacity, improve labor productivity, and open new
