摘　　要：在《创伤外科杂志》创刊20周年的风雨历程中,我国创伤医学基础研究取得显著成绩。在创伤救治理念上,一些有悖于创伤机体病理生理规律的陈旧观念或救治经验不断得到更新,许多重要研究成果逐步在临床得到转化应用。面对转化医学时代,基于4P医学模式,成功的创伤救治不仅需要借力创伤基础研究的新发现,更需要在基础研究成果的临床转化路径上克服一系列隐形壁垒和瓶颈。毫无疑问,创伤救治实践的成功也必将为相关基础研究提供更多实证和信心。为此,本文回顾了近年来我国创伤医学领域的基础研究进展,并初步分析了创伤基础研究的临床转化现状,以期为我国创伤救治体系的进一步完善以及创伤医学临床实践提供有益的借鉴和启示。The periodical of Journal of Traumatic Surgery has experienced a 20-year of stormy history. During these years,Chinese scientists in traumatology have made great breakthroughs in this field. Many important research findings have been transformed into the potential clinical practice step by step. Regarding the idea of clinical treatment of trauma,some paradoxical thoughts and experiences towards the inherent pathophysiological regularity in trauma patients were reasonably modified. In the era of translational medicine,the successful treatment of trauma patients on the basis of 4P （preventive,predictive,personalized and participatory） medicine model not only depends on the new findings of basic research,but also requires to conquer some invisible barriers and bottlenecks in the clinical transformation of basic research findings. Undoubtedly,the achievement of clinical practice in trauma may supply more substantial evidence and confidence. Thus,we retrospectively summarize the development of basic research in traumatology,and primarily analyze its current situation toward the transformation of clinical practice. It may further consummate the Chinese trauma treatment system,and supply some valuable reference and inspiration for the clinical practice in trauma medicine.
