摘　　要：费尔迪南·德·索绪尔是现代西方语言学最重要的语言学家之一,他的理论汇编著作《普通语言学教程》在现代西方语言学的发展中产生重大影响。本文通过对索绪尔语言学理论的产生背景、主要内容及重要意义介绍和说明,使读者更好地理解索绪尔语言学理论的思想内涵,明确其重要的历史地位以及对后世语言学研究的影响,为语言学学习者提供理解性帮助。Ferdinand de Saussure is one of the most important modern western linguists, linguistics theory assembly of his writing book - course of general linguistics, in the development of the modern western linguistics have a significant impact. This article through to the valure theory background, main contents and important meaning of introduction and instructions, make readers better understand the thoughts of Saussure＇s linguistics theory connotation, clear the history of its important status and influence on later generations linguistics research, to help language learners understand.
