摘　　要：加强和改进高校思想政治工作是事关高校办什么样大学、怎样办大学,事关中国特色社会主义事业后继有人的问题,是一项重大的政治任务和战略工程。本文从"互联网+"时代背景下对大学生思想政治教育工作的意义、挑战进行分析,提出了如何树立网络思维,增强网络意识,运用"互联网+"模式整合相关资源,创新工作机制,不断开创高校思想政治教育工作新局面,为中国特色社会主义事业培养又红又专的可靠接班人。Enhancing and improving the ideological and political work of colleges and universities is a major political task and strategic project. It is not only related to the type of universities and the method of running universities, but also related to the successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This article analyzes the significance and challenges of ideological and political education for college students in the era of ＂Internet Plus＂. It is necessary to use the ＂Internet Plus＂ model to establish network thought, integrate relevant resources, innovate working mechanisms. These methods together to create a new situation for the university ideological and political education work and train red and specialized reliable successors for socialism with Chinese characteristics.
