摘  要:民办高校学生在学习方面有以下特点:基础弱,学习动力不足;轻理论,实用主义盛行;易自卑,叛逆心理较强;常被动,缺乏主动意识。据此,遵循理论性和实践性相结合、政治性和时代性相结合、创新性和整合性相结合、全面性和针对性相结合的原则,在"概论"课上使用了"1+1"教学模式。在教学形式上,理论教学和实践教学相结合;在教学内容上,专题讲授和专题讨论相结合;在教学创新上,历史人物和热点新闻相结合;在教学手法上,课堂教学和课后辅导相结合;在考核方式上,平时成绩和期末成绩相结合。The students in private universities have several characteristics in their learning: their learning motive is insufficient with weak knowledge basis; pragmatism prevails while neglecting the theocy; rebel psychology is strong while easily falling in selfabasement; active consciousness lacks while often being passive. We adopt the "1 + 1" teaching model in the "Introduction" Course following the principle of combination between theocy and practice, combination between politics and era, combination between innovation and integration, and combination between compreensiveness and pertinence. In teaching mode, theocy teaching and practice teaching are combined; in teaching content, lecture on special topics and seminars are combined; in teaching innovation, historical personalities and hot news are combined; in teaching method, class teaching and tutorship after class are combined; and in examination method, usual performance and final grade are combined.
