70例彩色多普勒超声乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断分析

摘　　要：目的对70例彩色多普勒超声乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断进行分析和讨论。方法选取本院2017年1月～2017年11月收治的乳腺囊肿、乳腺纤维瘤以及乳腺癌患者70例,所选患者均采用彩色多普勒超声检查,并与手术病理检查结果进行对比。结果经过彩色多普勒超声检查之后,乳腺癌诊断准确率为91.43%、良性肿瘤诊断准确率为94.29%,彩色多普勒超声检查与病理学检查无显著差异,统计学无意义(P> 0.05)。结论在鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤的过程中,应用彩色多普勒超声检查,不仅可以将病灶位置等相关内容展现出来,同时也可以促进诊断准确率的提高,值得应用。Objective To analyze and discuss the differential diagnosis of 70 cases of color Doppler ultrasound breast tumors. Methods The 70 subjects were all breast cysts, breast fibroids and breast cancer patients received in our hospital. The patients were selected by color Doppler ultrasound and compared with the results of surgical pathology. Results After color Doppler ultrasonography, the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer was 91.43%, and the diagnostic accuracy of benign tumors was 94.29%. There was no significant difference between color Doppler ultrasonography and pathological examinations. There was no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of breast tumors, the application of color Doppler ultrasound can not only show the location of the lesions and other relevant content, but also can promote the improvement of diagnostic accuracy, it is worth continuing to adopt and promote.
