摘　　要：目的探究溃疡粉和无痛保护膜在小儿肛周皮肤损伤护理中的措施和疗效。方法选取郑州儿童医院小儿肛周皮肤损伤患儿86例作为研究对象,按照盲选法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患儿采用传统护理方法进行治疗,观察组患儿采用溃疡粉和无痛保护膜进行治疗,比较两组患儿肛周皮肤损伤的恢复情况(治疗总有效率)、住院时间和患部的疼痛感。结果观察组患儿肛周皮肤损伤的恢复情况明显优于对照组,观察组患儿的住院时间和患部的疼痛感明显低于对照组,两组效果差异明显,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对小儿肛周皮肤损伤患儿采用溃疡粉和无痛保护膜治疗,能有效改善患儿临床症状和降低患儿躯体的疼痛感,促进患儿皮肤损伤快速愈合。Objective To explore the measures and effects of ulcer powder and painless protective film in the nursing of skin injury in children and anus. Methods 86 cases of perianal skin injury patients as the research object, according to the blind selection were divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group, the control group were treated with traditional nursing methods of treatment, the patients in the observation group were treated with ulcer powder and painless protective membrane and recovery were compared between the two groups perianal skin injury（treatment efficiency）, hospitalization time and patient pain. Results the recovery of perianal skin injury in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusionthe treatment of children with perianal skin injury using ulcerative powder and painless protective membrane can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the pain of children＇s body, and promote the rapid healing of children＇s skin injury.
