摘　　要：研究3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线在12.00R20 20PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:与3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线相比,3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线无外缠丝,直径小,强度高,渗胶性能和抗疲劳性能好;3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线用于12.00R20 20PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸符合国家标准要求,质量减小,成本降低,强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能提高。The application of 3 ＋ 9 ＋ 15×0. 225 HT steel cord in the carcass of 12. 00 R20 20 PR TBR tire was investigated. The results showed that,compared with 3＋9＋15×0. 22＋0. 15 NT steel cord,3＋9＋15×0. 225 HT steel cord didn＇t have any outer winding wire,possessed smaller diameter,higher strength and better rubber penetration property and fatigue resistance. Using 3＋9＋15×0. 225 HT steel cord instead of 3＋9＋15×0. 22＋0. 15 NT steel cord in the carcass of 12. 00 R20 20 PR truck and bus radial tire,the inflated peripheral dimension of the finished tire met the requirement of national standard,the tire weight and cost were reduced,and the tire strength,durability and high speed performance increased.
