硫酸镁联合利多卡因治疗静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：应用25％硫酸镁注射液联合2％利多卡因注射液治疗静脉输液引起的静脉炎与单纯应用硫酸镁治疗进行疗效比较。方法：将我院II度静脉炎患者20例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各10例。观察组：应用25％硫酸镁注射液联合2％利多卡因注射液持续湿敷；对照组：应用25％硫酸镁注射液持续湿敷，观察两组患者静脉炎治疗效果。结果：观察组10例，6h内治愈6例，12h内治愈3例，24h内治愈1例，无48h治疗患者；而对照组10例，6h内治愈1例，12h内治愈2例，24h内治愈6例，48h内治愈1例。两组12h消退率比较（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论：应用25％硫酸镁注射液联合2％利多卡因注射液持续湿敷治疗静脉输液引起的静脉炎效果优于单纯应用25％硫酸镁注射液。ObjeCTive Application of 25% magnesium sulfate injeCTion in combination with 2% lidocaine injeCTion treatment of phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion and comparing with pure application of magnesium sulfate. Methods II degree with phlebitis of 20 patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 10cases each. Observation group： using 25% magnesium sulfate injeCTion combined with 2% lidocaine injeCTion wet apply the infusion phlebitis of upper limb; Control group： using 25% magnesium sulfate injeCTion wet apply the infusion phlebitis of upper limb, observe two groups of patients with phlebitis treatment effeCT. Results Observation group of 10 cases, 6 cases cured within 6 h, 3 cases cured within 12h, 1 case cured within 24 h, 48 h without treatment of patients; While the control group 10 cases, 1 case cured within 6h, 2 cases cured within 12h, 6 cases cured within 24 h,1 cases cured within 48 h. The statistical analysis results：the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of 25% magnesium sulfate injeCTion in combination with 2% lidocaine injeCTion to wet apply therapy of phlebitis location effeCT is superior tothe simple application of 25% magnesium sulfate injeCTion.
