摘　　要：难治陛原发性肾病综合征（RNS）作为临床常见肾脏疾病，其临床症状表现以高胆固醇、低蛋白血症、浮肿等为主且有病程长、易复发等特点。RNS的检出率和诊断率逐年提高，已成为目前。肾脏疾病的研究热点。本文从西医、中医和中西医结合这三个方面来总结RNS的诊疗现状，以期为临床诊治该类疾病提供帮助。Refractory primary nephrotic syndrome CRNSJ, as a common renal disease in clinical practice, is characterized by high cholesterol, low proteinemia and edema. The detection rate and diagnosis rate of RNS have been increasing year by year. This paper summarizes the current situation of RNS diagnosis and treatment from the combination of western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese and western medicine, so as to provide help for clinicians to diagnose and treat such diseases.
