摘 要:通常认为含钛烧结矿铁品位低、成分和矿相复杂,与普通烧结矿相比更加难以在高炉中冶炼。然而实际生产中,冶炼含钛烧结矿的高炉利用系数并不低,原因是其软熔成渣行为与普通烧结矿具有很大差异性。为弄清差异产生的原因、解析含钛烧结矿在高炉中的熔炼情况,通过测定现场含钛烧结矿的软熔性能,并利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析熔滴特征温度下中断试样的微观结构和矿相组成,阐明其在软熔过程中的成渣特点。结果表明,含钛烧结矿软熔温度较低,最大压差为547 kPa,低于典型的普通高碱度烧结矿。软熔过程渣中矿相主要为FeO、黄长石和钙钛矿,共晶温度低是软熔温度较低的主要原因。压差曲线表现出二次陡升特点,这是渣相熔化温度与金属铁熔点相差过大造成的。It is generally accepted that Ti-bearing sinter is more difficult to smelting in blast furnace process than common sinter because of its low content of Fe,complex compositions and mineral phase. However,the blast furnace coefficient in smelting Ti-bearing sinter is not inferior to that of some common sinter in practical production which may result from the difference of the slag evolution between Ti-bearing sinter and common sinter. In order to clarify the reasons for the difference and analyze the performance of Ti-bearing sinter in BF,the softening-melting property of Ti-bearing sinter was test firstly. Then samples interrupted at the softening-melting characteristic temperature were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction in order to clarify the slag evolution of Ti-bearing high basicity sinter during softening-melting process. The results show that softening-melting temperature of Ti-bearing sinter was lower,the max pressure drop was 547 kPa which was lower than common sinter with the same basicity. In softening-melting process,the mineral phase of slag contained Fe O,melitite and proviskite and the kinds of mineral phase of slag were unchanged. The main reason for low softening and melting temperature of Ti-bearing sinter was low eutectic temperature of the slag. The pressure drop curverised twice in softening-melting process which may resulted from the large difference of melting temperature between slag and metal.
