摘  要:鸟氨酸脱羧酶抗酶抑制剂蛋白(ornithine decarboxylase antizyme inhibitors,AZIN)家族有两个成员:AZIN1和AZIN2。AZIN1是一种能够负反馈性调节多胺合成和运输的蛋白质,其参与细胞周期、中心体复制、DNA损伤修复等重要的生理过程,同时也与许多疾病息息相关。AZIN2在脑和睾丸中高表达,是囊泡运输的调节剂,能够调节哺乳动物细胞中的多胺摄取和细胞分泌活性。本文对该鸟氨酸脱羧酶抗酶抑制剂蛋白领域的最新研究进展做了简要综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。The ornithine decarboxylase antizyme inhibitors(AZIN) family has two members: ornithine decarboxylase antizyme inhibitor 1(AZIN1) and ornithine decarboxylase antizyme inhibitor 2(AZIN2). AZIN1 is a protein that negatively regulates the synthesis and transport of polyamines. It is involved in important physiological processes such as cell cycle, centrosome replication, DNA damage repair, and is also closely related to many diseases. AZIN2 is highly expressed in the brain and testis and is a regulator of vesicle trafficking, which can regulate polyamine uptake and cell secretion activity in mammalian cells. In this paper, a brief review of the latest research progress in the field of ornithine decarboxylase antizyme inhibitory proteins was conducted, with a view to providing reference for related research.
