面向生态建设的民营科技园区循环化改造研究

摘　　要：民营科技园是培育民营科技企业、提高自主创新能力、推动产业转型升级的重要平台,但现有的民营科技园区存在着资源浪费、环境破坏与污染等问题,发展受到一定的制约。本文以广东省民营科技园为主要研究对象,通过引入循环经济学的相关理论并借鉴国内外典型循环经济园区的有益经验,分析广东省民营科技园循环化现状及存在的问题,为把广东省民营科技园区改造成＂经济快速发展、资源高效利用、环境优美清洁、生态循环良性循环＂的循环经济园区提出总体思路、重点任务和对策建议。Private science and technology park is an important platform for cultivating private scientific and technological enterprises,improving the ability of independent innovation and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.However,existing private science and technology parks have some problems,such as waste of resources,environmental damage and pollution,and the development has been restricted.This paper takes the private science and Technology Park in Guangdong as the main research object.Through the in-troduction of the relevant theories of circular economics and the useful experience of the typical circular economic parks at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the recycling of private science and Technology Parks in Guangdong Province,in order to transform the private scientific and technological garden area of Guangdong into ＂rapid economic development and resources.＂The overall thinking,key tasks and Countermeasures of the circular economic park with high efficiency,good environment and clean environment and a benign cycle of ecological circulation are put forward to achieve sustainable economic de-velopment.
