摘　　要：党的十八大首提海洋强国的概念,并将其上升到国家战略层面。十九大报告中又再次强调了建设海洋强国的重要性。战略决策对渔业发展具有重要的导向作用。本文结合当前渔业发展实际,探讨十九大精神指引下渔业发展的新方略,以为积极探索渔业经济发展提供新路子。The 18th National Congress of the CPC first mentioned the concept of a maritime power and raised it to the national strategic level.The report of the 19th NPC once again stressed the importance of building a maritime power.Strategic decision-making has an important guiding role in the development of fisheries.Based on the current development of fisheries,this paper explores the new strategy of fisheries development guided by the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and provides a new way to actively explore the de-velopment of fishery economy.
