深圳高职教育国际化的现状、问题与建议

摘　　要：高职教育国际化是职教资源、人员与文化的跨国互动。调研发现,经过近二十年的探索,深圳高职教育国际化实现了速度和广度的突破,走在全国前列,但是在特色与内涵上还有很大提升空间,未来深圳高职教育界应充分利用政府和市场资源,突破以＂引进来＂为主的＂单轨＂思路,依托国际化都市定位和国家＂一带一路＂倡议,在引进来、走出去＂双轨＂层面上做出深圳特色。The Internationalization of higher vocational education is a process of transnational inter-changes of vocational educational resources,personnel and culture.Survey shows that through 20 years ex-ploration,the Internationalization of higher vocational education in Shenzhen has made a breakthrough in speed and width,but it still has a lot to improve in characteristics and connotation.The educational cir-cles in Shenzhen should take full advantage of the resources of government and market,break the single-track-thinking of ＂bring in＂ strategy and get new characteristics on two-track-way of ＂bring in and go global＂ strategies through Belt and Road Initiative.
