摘 要:随着各种电子设备的发展,在电子设计中信号频率也逐渐加强,不断变小的印制电路板设计,造成电板布线密度不断增大,从而也引出了信号完整性设计问题,该问题也成为该领域比较关注的话题。关于数字电路反射和串扰情况,是因为数字电路出现误动作的关键,从定义信号的完整性分析,针对该问题提出解决反射和串扰问题的方法,这里利用端接技术在Ahium Designer环境中进行验证。经过实验,发现保证端接的合理性可以有效解决完整性信号中存在的反射现象。With the development of various electronic devices, the signal frequency is gradually strengthened in the electronic design, and the design of small printed circuit board has caused the increasing of the wiring density of the electric plate, which leads to the problem of the design of signal integrity. This problem has also become a topic in this field. The reflection and crosstalk of digital circuits is the key to the misoperation of digital circuits. From the analysis of the integrity of the signal, the method of solving the problem of reflection and crosstalk is put forward to the problem. The end connection technology is used in the Ahium Designer environment to verify the problem. Through experiments, it is found that the rationality of guaranteed termination can effectively solve the phenomenon of reflection in the integrity signal.
