摘　　要：公路发油业务是成品油库运营过程中最繁忙的业务,为提高换票效率,本文提出了成品油库自助发油系统的建设思路,设计了系统的整体架构以及完整的自助换票发油流程。系统由ERP、自助换票、库管、定量发油等等子系统组成。首先根据整体流程设计一系列数据接口,各子系统通过这些接口进行系统间的数据交互,从ERP系统录入的业务数据通过各子系统的处理后,最终转换为发油系统所需的生产数据。同时自助换票子系统为用户提供自助操作终端机,司机可在其上进行自助换票、自助打印、自助查询等操作,多台自助操作终端机同时工作,可极大的提高换票效率。该系统使业务数据与生产数据之间的流转更为高效顺畅,简化了业务管理流程,进一步提高油库出库业务的作业效率。Truck loading job is the busiest business in the operation of product oil depots. In this paper, the construction idea of the Self-service Loading System for product oil depot is put forward, and the overall structure of the system and the complete self-service process are designed. The system is composed of ERF subsystem, Self-service Loading Schedule subsystem, Oil Depot MIS, Quantitative Loading subsystem and other subsystems. On the one hand, a series of data interfaces are designed according to the whole process, each subsystem interacts with each other through these interfaces. The business data input from ERP is processed by each subsystem, and finally converted to the production data needed by the Quantitative Loading subsystem. On the other hand, the Self-service Loading Schedule subsystem provides a self-service terminal for users ,on which drivers can making loading schedule ,print bill ,and query data by themselves. All the terminals work at the same time, which can greatly improve work efficiency. The system makes the flow between business data and production data more efficient and smoothly, simplifies the business management process, and further improves the operational efficiency of product oil depot business.
