摘　　要：随着社会老龄化程度的不断上升和居民健康管理意识的普遍加强，基层医疗制度的种种不健全性日益显露出来，随着国民医疗服务需求的日益增加，传统医疗服务体系正处于有心无力的运行状态。本文以目前中国医疗现状为出发点，通过不断开拓创新，创造性的将移动医疗、云计算技术和互联网＋深度融合，使其和基层医疗体系完美融合，利用无线通信，开创了一套以服务为基础的体系结构，并结合了云计算、地理信息系统等多领域技术，使得诊疗平台更显完整，促进诊疗过程的分工合作。随着诊疗平台创建的日益完善，不断促进医患关系的缓和，使得服务模式不再局限于传统的同一时空，促进医疗资源的合理的开发与运用。These years, with the widespread awareness of health management and social aging degree rising and the residents of the primary health care system is not perfect is revealed, with the increasing demand of national medical service, the traditional medical service system is in the running state ＂. Based on the current situation of medical China as the starting point, through continuous innovation, creative mobile medical, cloud computing technology and the Internet plus depth, and the primary health care system, perfect fusion, the use of wireless communications, developed a service based architecture, and combined with the technology of cloud computing, multi field Geographic information system, makes the platform more complete treatment, promote the treatment process of the division of labor. Along with the establishment of the diagnosis platform and the continuous improvement of doctor-patient relationship, the service mode is no longer confined to the traditional time and space, and promotes the rational development and utilization of medical resources.
