摘  要:介绍了国内外含油固废热解技术工艺的应用现状,含油固废热解技术工艺根据加热方式不同可以分为3类:燃油燃气加热、电加热、摩擦加热。热解工艺常见进料方式可以有连续进料与间歇进料2种,进料方式各有优缺点。对各种热解工艺方法原理与应用现状进行了介绍和比较,并对含油固废热解处理技术今后在油田上的应用提出了建议。This paper introduces mainly the present application situation of oily solid waste pyrolysis technology at home and abroad. Upon different heating modes,the pyrolysis technologies for oily solid waste can be divided into 3 types: traditional fuel and gas heating,electric heating and frictional heating. The feed way for pyrolysis process can be divided into continuous feeding and intermittent feed,with their own merits and drawbacks.The principles and application status of various pyrolysis technologies are introduced and compared. The suggestions are also given to the future development of the oily solid waste pyrolysis technology.
