摘 要:针对FCC喷雾尾气采用传统的洗涤塔洗涤除尘工艺不达标的情况,对FCC喷雾尾气采用定-转子除尘技术进行了研究。探讨了操作条件对除尘效果、气体压降的影响,并进行了工业试验。结果表明,尾气排放达到≤20 mg/m^3要求,且系统电耗为原来的58.9%,除尘效果满足目前FCC喷雾尾气达标排放的要求。FCC spray tail gas treated by the traditional scrubber washing and dust removal process cannot meet standard and a stator-rotor dust removal technology is therefore studied to replace the traditional process. The effects of operating conditions on dust removal effect and gas pressure drop are explored and corresponding industrial tests are carried out.The results show that the exhaust emission after treatment is less than 20 mg·m^(-3),meeting emission standard and the system power consumption is only 58. 9% that of traditional process. The dust removal effect meets the requirements of current FCC spray tail gas emission standards.
