摘 要:可持续水管理是通过流域内各利益相关方共同协作提升用水效率、缓解流域内共同水挑战、促进水资源的可持续发展的管理方法。其作为目前国际领先的水管理思想,在国内的研究应用还处于起步阶段,相关研究和标准的支撑都较少,影响了相关工作的开展。本文研究分析了国内外可持续水管理的现状,对《AWS国际可持续水管理标准》进行了介绍,探讨了可持续水管理开展的基本步骤,为我国可持续水管理进一步的研究及标准化提供了基础。Sustainable water stewardship is the management method of improving water efficiency, alleviating shared water challenges of the basin, and promoting the sustainable development of water resources through the cooperation of all stakeholders. As the world's leading method of water management, its research and standard in China are still at the initial stage, which affect the implementation of sustainable water stewardship. This paper analyzes the current situation of sustainable water stewardship, introduces the International Water Stewardship Standard of the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS), and discusses the basic implementation steps of water stewardship, which could provide the basis for further research and standardization.
