摘　　要：为更好解决城市发展与社会管理的矛盾,满足人民群众对安全环境不断提升的需求,本文提出了建设住宅小区安全防范系统的技术标准。本标准是在国家标准GB/T 21741-2008《住宅小区安全防范系统通用技术要求》的基础上,结合具体的情况,充分融入大量新技术新设备,并且对数据进行了规定。本标准的制定将公安部门在社区安全防范工作中能有标可依地指导小区的安全技防设施建设,为社区立体化防控体系建设的硬件支撑提供有力的执行标准。To better address the contradiction between urban development and social management and meet the increasing needs of people for the improvement of safe environment, this paper puts forward the technical standard of building the residential quarter security prevention system. Based on GB/T 21741-2008, General technical requirements of residential quarter security prevention system, combined with the specific situation, this paper stipulates the data fully integrated into a large number of new technologies and equipment. The standard will provide a good reference for public security departments to guide the construction of security facilities, and strongly support the hardware of three-dimensional prevention and control system construction in residential quarters.
