《未刻本叶氏医案》女科用药特色分析

摘　　要：探究和总结《未刻本叶氏医案》中女科的用药特点,了解叶氏女科用药思想,提高中医妇科用药疗效。解构《未刻本叶氏医案》女科医案,并结合临床体会,分析叶天士女科用药的特色。叶天士女科用药特色鲜明,主要有通补奇经,活用经方,组方精炼轻灵,选药温通柔润等特点。其用药特色及临床经验,对现今妇科用药有极大的启发意义。This paper explores and summarizes the characteristics of gynecological medication in the Unpritend YE＇s Medical Records,so as to understand YE＇s thoughts on gynecological medication and improve the clinical effect of it in Chinese medicine. It deconstructs the medical records about gynecology in the Unpritend YE＇s Medical Records,and analyzes the YE＇s characteristics of gynecological medication in combination with clinical experience. It is concluded that YE＇ s gynecological medication has distinctive characteristics,which present as unblocking and tonifying extra meridian,flexible usage of classical prescriptions,refined and delicate classical prescriptions,and warmly dredging and sophisticated medication. The characteristics and clinical experience of his medication have great enlightenment to gynecological medication nowadays.
