北京燕房线综合运维主数据平台建设思路研究

摘　　要：结合轨道运营公司燕房线运营维护管理业务的特点,从信息化及公司多线路运营发展的需求出发,采用主数据管理理念制定轨道建设公司/运营公司统一的主数据标准,通过数据的标准化提高数据质量,提升企业信息化管理水平。通过对城市轨道交通运营维护主数据平台建设进行研究,对运行模式进行前瞻性探索,并设计主数据管理架构、平台建设方法和关注风险点,为未来轨道交通运营开展全面的主数据建设提供有价值的建设思路。Based on the characteristics of the operation and maintenance of Beijing Yanfang Line, this paper focuses on formulate a unified master data standard for the Rail Operating Company. Casting on the demand of multi-line operation, the new standard can improve data quality and enterprise information management level. Through the study of the construction of the MDM platform, this paper makes a prospective exploration of the operation mode. Besides, the design the MDM architecture, the platform construction method and the focuses on risk points are all thoroughly analyzed, which can provide valuable construction ideas for the comprehensive construction of future MTR Operation and Administration.
