人参益气类降糖方剂对大鼠实验性2型糖尿病的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较人参益气降糖方剂1、2、3(GHP-1、2、3)对大鼠实验性2型糖尿病(T2DM)的影响。方法:将大鼠按血糖均值随机分为正常组,模型组,GHP-1组,GHP-2组,GHP-3组。采用高脂饲料伴腹腔注射小剂量四氧嘧啶建立糖脂代谢紊乱T2DM模型。检测各组血糖和血脂水平,评价机体气化功能。结果:GHP各组均能够显著减缓T2DM大鼠体重下降,加速餐后血糖和血脂代谢,增强机体抗氧化能力,促进胰岛素分泌,机体气化功能增强(P<0.01或P<0.05),GHP-3的药效最好。结论:GHP-3能够显著改善T2DM气化功能,与其益气养阴、活血祛瘀的功效有关,将来可作为辅助降糖保健食品进一步开发。To compare the effect of Ginseng hypoglycemic prescription （GHP-）1, 2 and 3 on experiment type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） rats. Method： According to the average value of blood glucose, rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, GHP-1 group, GHP-2 group, and GHP-3 group. High fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of Alloxan were taken to establish T2DM model with glucose and lipid metabolism disorder. The level of blood glucose and lipid were tested to evaluate Qi transformation function in body. Result： All the GHP groups can significantly delay the weight decrease, speed up the blood glucose and lipid metabolism, and increase oxidant stress of T2DM rats （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ）, which indicates the enhance of Qi transformation. The efficacy of GHP-3 is best among the three Ginseng hypoglycemic prescriptions. Conclusion： GHP-3 has the effect of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation and relieving blood stasis, so it can improve Qi transformation function in T2DM model. GHP-3 is suitable for the deep development as the health food in future.
