摘 要:运动科学领域的专家发现将脑电神经反馈技术应用到竞技运动可增强运动表现。利用脑机接口技术,从实时EEG信号中提取α频段功率特征并产生声音反馈信息,构建了一套完整的神经反馈训练系统。通过实验,证明了该神经反馈系统的有效性和可行性,运用这套训练系统可改进射击训练的组训模式,提升军校学员的射击水平。The experts in sports science have found that the application of neurofeedback to competitive sports can enhance athletic performance. By using brain-computer interface (BCI) technology to extract the power characteristic of the alpha band from real-time EEG signals and generate sound feedback information, we construct a complete neural feedback training system. The effectiveness and feasibility of the neurofeedback system are proved by experiments. The research results of this paper can improve the training mode of shooting and improve the shooting level of cadets.
