小儿肺咳颗粒佐治儿童支气管肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肺咳颗粒辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年10月—2017年3月在安徽省儿童医院住院治疗的150例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予常规抗感染治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,加用小儿肺咳颗粒口服,比较两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,对照组为81.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药后热退时间、肺内啰音消失时间、咳嗽缓解及消失时间、住院时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现明显近期不良反应。结论小儿肺咳颗粒辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎能够明显提高临床疗效,改善预后,缩短病程,有较高的安全性及应用价值。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Xiao Er Fei Ke particles as adjuvant treatment for bronchopneumonia in children. Methods 150 cases of children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The children were ever hospitalized in Anhui provincial children＇s hospital during October 2016 and March 2017. All patients were given the routine anti-infection therapy,and the experiment group was given Xiao Er Fei Ke particles additionally. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,and it was81.4% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The fever regression time,rale disappear time,the time that the cough release and disappeared,the hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less than the control group（ P〈0.05）. None obvious adverse effect was observed in the two groups. Conclusions The application of Xiao Er Fei Ke particles in the adjuvant treatment of bronchopneumonia in children could promote the clinical efficacy obviously,improve the prognosis and shorten the course. It performs high safety and application value.
