时间控制在服用恒康正清进行妇科术前肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨不同时间服用恒康正清在妇科术前肠道准备中的效果。方法将98例将进行妇科手术的患者随机分成两组,观察组患者按手术时间的不同采取不同的时间进服恒康正清,对照组患者统一在手术前一日的下午三点进服恒康正清,然后按双盲法对肠道清洁效果进行评价,并比较俩组患者服用恒康正清的不良反应。结果观察组肠道清洁效果优于对照组(P<0.05);俩组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论针对手术时间不同采取不同的服用恒康正清的时间是可行的,有效的。Objective To explore the application effect of taking Hengkangzhengqing at different time in preoperative bowel preparation of gynecological surgery. Methods 98 cases of female patients those who were going to undergo gynecological surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in observation group taken Hengkangzhengqing according to their operation time,while patients in control group taken Hengkangzhengqing at 3PM one day preoperative. Evaluate the intestinal cleaning effect according to double bland method, and compared the occurrence of untoward effect.Results The intestinal cleansing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups about the occurrence of untoward effect（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions It is feasible and effective to take Hengkangzhengqing at different time before operation.
