摘 要:目的探讨电化学发光法检测血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的效果及价值。方法选取2016年1月—2016年12月来我院进行产检健康孕妇60例为对照组;同期异位妊娠患者60例为观察组。采集两组血清标本,应用电化学发光法以及放射免疫法检测两组血清标本β-HCG水平,比较两种方法对血清β-HCG的定性检测结果、敏感度、特异度及定量检测结果。结果两种方法对两组血清标本β-HCG定性检测结果、敏感度和特异度比较,P>0.05;两种方法对对照组血清标本β-HCG定量检测结果比较,P>0.05;两种方法对观察组血清标本β-HCG定量检测结果比较,P<0.05。结论电化学发光法对血清β-HCG定性检测结果、敏感度、特异度方面与放射免疫法一致,定量检测结果优于放射免疫法。Objective To explore the effect and value of electrochemiluminescence in detection of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG). Methods 60 cases of healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group and at the same time 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected as the observation group. The serum samples were collected in the two groups and the β-HCG level in serum samples were detected by electrochemiluminescence and radioimmunoassay. The qualitative detection results, sensitivity, specificity and quantitative detection results of serum β-HCG were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the qualitative detection results, sensitivity, and specificity of serum specimens β-HCG in the two groups, P〉0.05. There was no statistically significant difference between the two methods in the quantitative results of β-HCG in serum samples in control group, P〉0.05. The difference was statistically significant between two methods in quantitative detection results of serum samples β-HCG in observation group, P〈0.05. Conclusions The qualitative detection results, sensitivity and specificity of serum β-HCG in electrochemiluminescence are consistent with radioimmunoassay but the quantitative detection results are better than radioimmunoassay.
