芜湖市镜湖区孕产妇系统保健相关指标分析

摘　　要：目的分析孕产妇保健服务相关指标,为进一步做好孕产妇保健工作提供依据。方法采用描述性研究方法,对镜湖区孕产妇保健服务相关指标进行分析。结果 2011—2017年镜湖区孕产妇保健工作指标呈逐年上升趋势;早期新生儿死亡率处于较低水平,死胎死产率和低出生体重儿发生率呈上升趋势;高危产妇发生率快速上升,剖宫产率呈下降趋势。结论镜湖区孕产妇保健工作取得了较好成绩,但仍需加强孕产妇保健管理工作,降低高危孕产妇发生率与剖宫产率,以切实保障母婴安全。Objective To provide a basis for further maternal health care by analyzing the indicators related to maternal health services. Methods In the present descriptive study, we collected and analyzed the indicators of maternal health care in Jinghu district of Wuhu. Results It showed that the indicators of maternal health care had significantly increasing trend year by year, the rate of early neonatal mortality were relatively low, the rate of stillbirth and the incidence of low birth weight infants had significantly increasing trend. There was a significant rising trend for the incidence rates of high risk parturient and declining trend for cesarean section rate. Conclusion The health service of pregnant and lying-in women in Wuhu district of Jinghu has a remarkable achievement,but only further improve the obstetrical quality, decrease the incidence rate of high risk pregnant and the cesarean rate we can guarantee maternal and child health.
