摘　　要：通过对二次再热机组现场总线设备的组态、调试、维护和巡检进行分析和研究,提出了现场总线设备监管的技术方案。详细介绍现场总线设备的功能模块选择、设备打包点优化及现场总线设备诊断信息的提取方法。在此基础上,在华能莱芜电厂2×1 030 MW二次再热机组中建成现场总线设备监管系统。投运至今,系统运行安全稳定,实现了全厂现场总线设备的在线管理和实时监控,能够快速定位设备故障,提供维护指导,提高了机组运行的可靠性,降低了设备维护的成本,实现了总线设备的状态检修。The technical solution of the field-bus devices management is proposed after analyzing and studying of the configuration,debugging,maintenance and inspection of the field-bus devices in the double reheat power plants.The field-bus device function index,optimization of equipment package points and diagnostic information extraction are detailly introduced.Based on these understandings,the field-bus device management system is established for 2×1 030 MW double reheat units in Huaneng Laiwu power plants.The system has been put into operation for years without known malfunction.It realized on-line management and real-time monitoring of the field-bus device,providing accurate guidance to the maintenance work which improves the security and reliability of the units while reducing the cost of device maintenance.
