配网多台分界开关同时误动事故分析

摘  要:实施配电自动化后,配网分界开关零序过流保护误动作事件频繁发生。对一起多台分界开关同时误动事件进行详细分析,对接地故障发生后的现场分界开关控制器动作信息、配电自动化系统SOE事件记录进行深入研究,发现配网拓扑结构不合理,配网分界开关接带大分支长线路,导致分界开关控制器零序过流保护定值无整定范围,是这起事故的主要原因。同时,指出决定零序过流保护定值可整定范围大小的主要因素,即系统中性点接地方式和本分支对地电容电流占系统对地电容电流的比例。The events of zero sequence overcurrent protection for distribution network demarcation switch happen with increasing frequency after the distribution automation is carried out. This paper has a detailed description and analyzes on the simultaneous misoperation of multiple demarcation switches. The action information of the demarcation switch controller and the SOE event record of the distribution automation system after the grounding fault have been studied. And found unreasonable distribution network topological structure and distribution network with big long branch line dividing line switch are the major causes of the accident,which led to the boundary between the switch controller zero sequence current protection setting value without setting range. At the same time,the paper points out that the decision to zero sequence over current protection setting value can be the main factor of setting range size,namely the system neutral grounding mode and the branch of capacitive current of the system of capacitive current ratio.
