摘 要:为了满足未来大数据光网络中数据的传输和上/下载要求,提出将模分复用(MDM)和波分复用(WDM)相结合,设计了基于光纤光栅模分复用技术的新型光分插复用器(OADM),给出了系统的结构图,阐述了其工作原理。利用OptiSystem软件仿真分析了经光纤光栅反射后少模光纤中1547nm和1550nm波长信道中LP_(01)、LP_(11a)和LP_(11b)三模式加载信号后的传输性能,并分析了接收信号的眼图、误码率及Q因子等特性。结果表明:各模式间串扰低,6路信号的误码率在速率为850Mb/s时均可达到10^(-10)。In order to meet the requirements of data transmission and add/drop in large data optical networks in the future, a new type of optical add/drop multiplexer(OADM) based on fiber Bragg grating mode division multiplexing(MDM) is proposed by combining MDM with wavelength division multiplexing(WDM). The structure of the system is given and its working principle is expounded. The Opti System software is used to simulate the transmission performance of the LP01, LP11 aand LP11 bthree modes loaded signals in the 1547 nm and 1550 nm wavelength channels after reflection of the fiber Bragg grating, and the characteristics of receiving signal such as eye diagram, bit error rate and Q factor are analyzed. The results show that the crosstalk between different modes is low, and the BER of 6 channels can reach 10-10 when the rate is 850 Mb/s.
