摘  要:传统单模-多模-单模(SMS)传感器对外界温度变化不敏感,双锥结构可以将传统SMS结构的部分纤芯模式泄漏进包层,提高传统SMS传感器的温度灵敏度。使用熔接机在传统SMS结构的多模光纤上制作双锥结构,当温度由30℃上升到70℃,波谷向长波长方向最大漂移了2.10nm,灵敏度为0.051nm/℃,相比传统SMS传感器灵敏度得到显著提高,并且双锥结构的引入也改变了干涉谷的性质。The single mode-multimode-single mode(SMS) sensor is insensitive to the outside temperature change. The two down-tapers structure plays the role of leaking the core mode of the traditional SMS structure into the cladding mode to improve the temperature sensitivity of SMS sensor. When the two down-tapers structure is fabricated on the traditional SMS structure of multimode optical fiber and temperature is employed for temperature measurement from 30℃ to 70℃, the maximum drift of the wave valley to the long wavelength direction is 2.10 nm. Compared with the conventional SMS sensor,the sensitivity of the sensor is significantly improved and the character of the valley has also changed.
