兰州市城关区男男性接触人群性病/艾滋病危险因素调查

摘　　要：目的调查甘肃省兰州市城关区男男性接触人群(MSM)性病/艾滋病感染情况、相关危险行为和求医行为,为制定干预措施和评估MSM人群求医行为对性病/艾滋病疫情的影响提供科学依据。方法 2017年6―9月采用问卷调查兰州市城关区各类场所300名MSM的基本信息和相关因素,并检测调查对象性病/艾滋病的感染情况。结果300名MSM艾滋病相关知识知晓率为90.67%,最近一次与同性发生肛交时使用安全套比例为16.00%,每次均使用仅占11.66%,有时使用占51.67%,从未使用占36.67%;性病检出率为9.33%,其中梅毒6.00%、淋病2.33%、生殖道沙眼衣原体1.00%。结论兰州市城关区MSM人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高,但普遍存在高危性行为;应将艾滋病防控与梅毒防控有机结合开展有效的健康教育,促使其信念和行为的改变,从而获得更好的干预效果。Objective To investigate the STD/AIDS infection, risk behavior and health seeking behavior among MSM in Chengguan distrit of Lanzhou city, and provide scientific evidence for formulating intervention measures and evaluating the impact of health seeking behavior on the epidemic of STD/AIDS. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain basic information and related factors among 300 MSMs distributed in all kinds of places in Chengguan district of Lanzhou city from June to September, 2017, and their infection of STD/AIDS were examined. Results The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 90.67% in the 300 MSM. The proportion of condom use was 16.00% in the latest anal sex, only11.66% in each anal sex, 51.67% of sometimes use and 36.67% of never use. The positive detection rate of STDs was 9.33%,including syphilis（6.00%）, gonorrhea（2.33%） and chlamydia trachomatis（1.00%）. Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge is high in MSM in Chengguan distrit of Lanzhou, but the high risk behavior commonly exists. In order to get good interventional effect, combination of control of AIDS and syphilis should be taken to develop effective health education to promote their changes of concept and behavior.
