摘  要:目的验证甘肃省疾病预防控制中心γ能谱分析实验室检测结果的准确度,发现实验室质量控制工作中的缺陷,提高放射性核素的检测分析水平,考核实验室人员的实验分析能力。方法参加由中国疾病预防控制中心组织的2017年全国放射性核素γ能谱分析能力比对考核,按照实验室日常检验方法分析组织方提供的添加了人工放射性核素137Cs的土壤样品γ能谱;使用相对测量法分析40K和232Th含量、效益效率曲线法分析137Cs的含量。结果该实验室2017年比对考核上报的放射性核素分析结果均在比对考核合格范围内,测量值与参考值的相对偏差范围-1.62%~8.21%,其中232Th为负偏差,40K和137Cs为正偏差。结论本实验室放射性核素分析方法正确,出具的检测报告准确可信。Objective To verify the accuracy of the test result at the laboratory of gamma spectrometry of radionuclide in Gansu provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, find the deficiencies of the quality control system, evaluate the analysis ability of the laboratory staffs and enhance their analysis level. Methods By taking part in the national assessment of Gamma spectrometry analysis of radionuclide organized by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2017, the gamma spectrometry of the artificial radionuclide137 Cs was analyzed in the soil samples provided by the organizer according to the conventional method. The content of40 K and232 Th were analyzed with the relative measurement method, and the content of137 Cs was analyzed by the efficiency curve. Results All results located in the scope of the assessment. The relative deviation ranges of the measurement values and the reference values were from-1.62% to 8.21%. The value of232 Th was negative deviation and that of40 K and137 Cs were positive deviation. Conclusions The analysis method applied to radionuclide measurement is appropriate and the test report issued by the laboratory is accurate and reliable.
